While still attending Texas Tech University, he led Feltman Sacks Capital as CEO, overseeing acquisitions and managing investments across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. Building on that success, Cole founded IronGates Capital to pursue larger, high‑return projects, where he leverages his hands‑on experience and lifelong passion for real estate to create strategic and profitable investments.
